Retreat: Sleep and Wellness by Dr Estivill

This retreat was born with a clear purpose: to help people achieve deep rest through personalized guidance, with the aim of creating a sustainable transformation in sleep habits — a key element for human well-being.

In such a hectic time as the one we are living in —with an overload of information, high stress levels, stimulant consumption, mental dispersion and overwhelming external stimuli— our rest is often affected, and we are unable to get the restorative sleep we truly need.

During this immersive experience, we will understand why sleep is the foundation of health and what happens while we sleep. We’ll become aware of our own sleep nature and the routines we need for proper rest. We’ll discover the type of nutrition that helps us fall asleep and sleep well, along with relaxation practices. As a result, beyond just sleeping better, we’ll achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Throughout the retreat, and with the guidance of seven professionals specialized in various disciplines, we will focus on four essential pillars:

1. THE SCIENCE OF SLEEP and its connection to well-being.
2. BODY & MIND: practices to relax the body and calm the mind.
3. FUNCTIONAL NUTRITION to support quality rest.
4. LIFESTYLE: understanding our life stage and building new routines and directions.

Isolda Vila

Qualified in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, with a degree in Food Science and Technology and a Master’s in Nutrition and Health. With over 15 years of experience, she has supported hundreds of patients in improving their health. Specialized in the connection between nutrition and sleep quality. During the retreat, she will share insights, research, and practical tools for everyday life.

Núria Roca

CoFounder of La Masía La Garriga de Castelladral. Passionate about well-being, she has led sustainable tourism projects, mindful experiences, and holistic events. Her approach blends nature, design, and spirituality, making the masía a reference in soulful hospitality. Living in close connection with nature has transformed her way of living and feeling life, and her passion is to share this philosophy through yoga, meditation, essential oils, art, rituals, and connection with the natural world.

Carla Estivill

PhD in Chemical Sciences and phytotherapist. President of the Estivill Sleep Foundation and CEO of the Estivill Sleep Clinics. Head of sleep research in elite athletes. Author of The Tokei Method, based on chronobiology, with over 50,000 copies sold.

Francesc Miralles
Francesc Miralles

Writer and journalist. Graduated in German Philology, he has written novels such as Amor en minúscula and essays like Ikigai, an international success translated into 60 languages with over 2 million copies sold. He has won literary awards and contributes to media outlets. He is known for his focus on spirituality and personal growth.

Magalí Datzira
Magalí Datzira

27-year-old artist from Barcelona, known for her versatility in jazz, fusion, electronic pop, urban music, and folk. Trained at the Liceu Conservatory, ESMUC, and Sant Andreu Jazz Band.
