In this 1-day group Retreat, we offer you an immersive experience to support your personal and spiritual growth journey.

“Who am I?” is a self-discovery proposal that includes meditation, journaling, the chakra system, and astrology.

A nourishing day in a beautiful natural setting, with powerful tools and transformative practices, where you'll also learn how to calculate and interpret your own birth chart.

The one-day retreat includes:
- Workshop: A Journey Through the Chakras
- Meditation
- Journaling (creative writing)
- Talk & Workshop: Self-discovery through the Language of the Astrological Elements
