Cakes of Grandma María
Our grandmother María, is an energetic and creative woman ... her optimism and enthusiasm of life, make her a very special person. One of her great skills is cooking, and in particular, she cooks a sponge cake with pine nuts that you can try our ecogourmet breakfast.

Honey from La Garriga
5 minutes by foot from the house, a little further down from the pool, we can find several beehives... don’t be afraid... if you do not bother bees, they won’t do anything at all...
Some of these beehives are made of wood, and others are made of mud and reeds. In their hives the bees, with their work, are storing honey from the nectar of flowers (mainly from thyme and rosemary).
Honey has many therapeutic properties: helps to heal and prevent infection, is rich in vitamins and amino acids, fights colds, and provides many antioxidants.

We invite you to La Garriga, to taste all these flavors and smells... and to find back for few moments the sensation that we used to have when we were childs…
