Honey

For many years, the inhabitants of our land have harvested honey from beehives because of its numerous benefits and healthy properties. This sweet substance is a source of natural antibiotics, relieves sore throats and colds, reinforces the immune system and provides energy. Honey can even be used as a disinfectant and antiseptic.

The fields around the farmhouse are filled with rosemary which is the principal source of the honey obtained from our bees. The Honey room is cheerful and sweet. The room alludes to flowers without which we could never obtain the great treasure of our culture, honey.
